Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original condition. To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items without original packaging
• Custom or promotional items

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once the returned item is inspected and approved.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
